My Approach
I am passionate about helping and supporting people and I truly believe that counseling can bring positive change and improvement to people’s lives.
We are all vulnerable in today’s stressful world; sometimes happens to feel lost or confused, or experience symptoms, unhelpful behaviors, or a lack of confidence. The important thing to remember when this happens is that you are not alone.

About me
My name is Paul and I am a London-based counselor and therapist providing, individul therapy, couples therapy, marriage counselling and young people counselling and therapy. I’ve helped individuals and couples resolve relationship issues for the last few years.
I work with individuals on a range of personal issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction as well as most other issues they may face.
Getting Help
When we start working together, our first session will be an initial consultation. I will deeply explore your current issues with you, enquire about your background and work to establish which type of therapy I think would be most suited to you.
We will also discuss the options available to you, from long-term therapy to short-term counseling. From our conversation, I will help you to understand which type of support would suit you the most. You will leave the room with no uncertainty but with a clear idea of what you can expect from our work together.
